Nevima deliver all kind of massive non-woven sheets of felt for slice-bearings.
Material
Amerikan cowhair. The synthetic felts consist for 100% of recycled polyester fibres.
Nevima Gravil-slicebearings are provide with graphite coating.
Nevima Nevilon-slicebearings are provide with teflon coating.
Application
- Nevima Gravil N80/N100: for int. al:Lintels, heavy concrete floors, foundation and façade elements .
- Nevima Gravil P40/P50: for int. al.: (flight of) steps, balconies, light concrete beams.
- Nevima Gravil 633: for int. al.: light (roof)floors, prefabricated foundations and beams of concrete and steel.
- Nevima Nevilon-slice bearings for extensive applications.
Versions
Nevima Gravil-slice bearings are by providing of a graphite coating deliverable in different versions:
- Type A: single side providing a graphite coating;
- Type C: like A, provide with 3,2 mm hardboard and sealed in folie;
- Type S: all around provide a graphitecoating.
Nevima Nevilon is deliverable in several versions. For high demands to lay on tensions and friction resistance on this slice bearing is a teflon coating fitted instead of a graphite coating.
